The Management Review Meeting (MRM) serves as a platform to present and discuss the overall performance of the Water Quality Laboratory (MKA) in relation to both quality management and technical compliance under MS ISO/IEC 17025. The session was conducted for the senior management of NAHRIM.
The meeting was chaired by Ts. Ir. Dr. Safari bin Hj. Mat Desa, Director of PKLS, and attended by officers from the Water Quality Laboratory as well as representatives from the Management Services Division. The MRM presentation was delivered by Ts. ChM Norbaya Hashim, Acting Director of MKA and MKA Quality Manager.
