A discussion and technical visit session was successfully held at the NAHRIM Headquarters, welcoming a delegation from the Selangor Water Management Authority (LUAS) through their LUAS Elite Water Squad Unit (SKEAL). The session, which commenced at 2.30 pm, was chaired by YBrs. Mr. Noor Hisham bin Ab Ghani, Director of the NAHRIM Water Quality Laboratory.
The meeting was convened following SKEAL’s interest in exploring the drone innovation products developed by NAHRIM for water resource management applications. The primary agenda included a detailed presentation on the technology’s capabilities, followed by an inspection visit to view NAHRIM’s drone assets firsthand.
In addition to the main program, the SKEAL delegation was guided on a tour of the NAHRIM Water Quality Laboratory to examine its analytical facilities. This visit fostered broader discussions on the potential integration of drone technology to strengthen the monitoring, enforcement, and preservation of the nation’s water quality.
