10 DECEMBER 2025 | NAHRIM & IJM STRENGTHEN COLLABORATION ON CLIMATE RISK ASSESSMENT
The Coastal and Oceanography Research Centre (CORE), NAHRIM successfully held an important discussion with a delegation from IJM Corporation Berhad on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at the CORE Meeting Room, NAHRIM.
This discussion was held to strengthen collaboration in conducting a Climate Risk Assessment.
The constructive discussion was chaired by Director of Coastal & Oceanography Research Centre (CORE), Ts. Saiful Bahri Hamzah. The IJM delegation was led by IJM Group Chief Sustainability Officer, Mr. Shane Guha Thakurta.
This proposed collaboration leverages NAHRIM’s expertise in hydrodynamic modeling, sea-level rise, risk assessment and climate impact analysis particularly in coastal areas.
