NAHRIM Water Quality Laboratory (MKA) continues to strengthen its laboratory analytical capabilities through a training and commissioning session for the Automated Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) instrument. The session enhanced staff skills in instrument operation to support the analysis of emerging pollutants, particularly Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) in water samples. Automated SPE technology enables a more efficient, systematic and consistent sample preparation process, further strengthening MKA’s capabilities in supporting water quality monitoring and water resource management.
