Water Quality Laboratory (MKA) today welcomed an asset audit visit from the representative of the Ministry of Energy Transition and Water Transformation (PETRA), Mr. Zahari bin Hussain from the Accounts Division. This visit is a vital procedure for conducting periodic reviews and physical verification of all research assets and equipment within the laboratory.
During the audit session, a thorough inspection was conducted to ensure that all equipment is accurately recorded, maintained in optimum condition, and fully functional. This step is critical in ensuring that asset management at NAHRIM is implemented systematically, transparently, and in strict compliance with established treasury guidelines.
This commitment is part of NAHRIM’s ongoing efforts to maintain high standards of integrity, ensuring the efficiency of water quality analysis activities in support of the national water sustainability agenda.
