In an effort to strengthen the quality of organizational services, a three-day program chaired by Mr. Ismail bin Tawnie, P.Geol, was held at Sri Damai Resort, Kalumpang, Hulu Selangor, Selangor. The session focused on discussing the annual ISO MHI program specifically within the scope of Physical Modelling Management in Hydraulic Water Engineering and improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Throughout the program, various strategic discussions and idea-sharing sessions took place with the active involvement of the Hydraulics and Instrumentation Laboratory (MHI) staff. The primary focus was on reinforcing the implementation of the quality management system, aligning the achievement of quality objectives and risk assessments, and ensuring a more efficient, systematic, and high-impact service delivery.
It is hoped that all plans and resolutions achieved will be translated into continuous action to empower organizational excellence and provide added value to customers and stakeholders alike.
