YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Dr. Hj. Nasehir Khan bin E.M Yahaya, Director General of NAHRIM, paid a courtesy visit to YBhg. Prof. Datuk Ts. Dr. Shahrin bin Sahib @ Sahibuddin, Vice-Chancellor of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).

Various potential research collaborations between NAHRIM and UiTM were discussed, covering areas such as alternative water resources, sensor applications, water quality monitoring, numerical and physical modelling, as well as space technology nationwide.

Also present was YBrs. Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Che Khairil Izam Che Ibrahim, Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering (FKA) UiTM, together with the FKA and FCRG UiTM teams. As part of this collaborative commitment, the programme was also attended by directors and research officers from NAHRIM’s research centres, laboratories, and divisions.
