A briefing session regarding the construction project of marine water desalination plants for ESSCOM security posts (Pulau Banggi, Pulau Berhala, and Pulau Mabul, Sabah) was held at the Sabah Federal Secretary’s Office in Kota Kinabalu. The briefing was delivered by Ir. Ts. Muhammad Rizal Razali from NAHRIM’s Coastal and Oceanography Research Centre (PKPO), and was attended by 11 local G4-class contracting companies.
