6 January 2026 | The National Water Research Institute of Malaysia (NAHRIM) received an academic visit from SMK Felda Purun, Bandar Bera, Pahang, comprising one teacher and nine (9) students.

Visit to the Physical Modelling Facility, Hydraulic & Instrumentation Laboratory
The visit provided students with exposure to NAHRIM’s research activities, alternative water resources, and the latest technologies in rainwater treatment and processing. It is hoped that this programme will serve as an encouragement for the students to successfully implement school innovation projects focused on alternative water sources using rainwater.
