Pelan Strategik Pendigitalan (PSP) of the National Water Research Institute of Malaysia (NAHRIM) serves as the primary reference in establishing a comprehensive ICT direction for NAHRIM over a five-year period from 2021 to 2025. This strategic plan was developed to continue the efforts of NAHRIM’s previous ICT Strategic Plan (ISP) 2017–2020, which has concluded, and will serve as a guideline for the implementation of future digitalization projects and ICT programs.

It is hoped that the development of a strong strategic plan will further enhance NAHRIM’s consultancy and service work, particularly in the areas of Research, Development, Commercialization, and Innovation (RDCI), while also supporting the National Water Innovation Roadmap 2040.

OBJEKTIF

  • Establishing a clear ICT direction for a five-year period to support the achievement of NAHRIM’s vision and mission.
  • Planning business and ICT requirements involving users, networks and security, ICT equipment, applications and data, information management, as well as digital culture development.
  • Applying and fully leveraging ICT programs that have been developed in a comprehensive manner.
  • To serve as the main reference source for the implementation of ICT programs at NAHRIM.
  • Strengthening NAHRIM’s ICT organizational structure towards modernization and digitalization.
