The Hydraulic and Instrumentation Laboratory (MHI) was established in April 2007.
INTRODUCTION
MHI conducts research and development activities through physical modeling in water and environmental engineering.
The laboratory is capable of performing experimental work on the integrity of hydraulic structures, including wave/sea breaker structures, groynes, dams, bridges, ports and harbors, as well as hydraulic product testing.
FUNCTIONS AND ROLES
Carrying out research and development (R&D) in physical modeling of hydraulic water related to rivers, dams, coasts, offshore, lakes, sediment transport, wave interaction, water structure stability, wave overflow and drag, and other related areas.
Physical modeling at an ISO 9001-certified laboratory.
