The Financial Performance & Bill Payment Efficiency Certificate Presentation Ceremony for 2025 was held to recognise Departments and Responsibility Centres (PTJ) that achieved 99 per cent and above in operating expenditure performance, as well as full compliance with the seven (7) day processing period for bills and claims.
The certificates were presented by YBhg. Dato’ Sri Haji Mad Zaidi Bin Mohd Karli to the National Hydraulic Research Institute of Malaysia (NAHRIM), Department of Irrigation and Drainage Malaysia (JPS), Public Works Department Malaysia (JKR), Department of Water Supply Malaysia (JBA) and Labuan Water Supply Department (JBA Labuan), in recognition of their excellence in financial management throughout 2025.
Representing NAHRIM, YBrs. Ir. Ts. Gs. Dr. Safari bin Haji Mat Desa, Director of the River Basin Research Centre and Officer-in-Charge of the Deputy Director General’s Office, received the certificate on behalf of the Institute.
