The ceremony for the handover of the Acceptance Letter (SST) for the Solar Photovoltaic Installation Project by the Public Works Department (JKR) to the contractor was successfully held this afternoon at the JKR Tower, JKR Headquarters, Kuala Lumpur. The ceremony was officiated by YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Ismail bin Hashim, Senior Director of the Electrical Engineering Branch, JKR Malaysia.
For the installation project at NAHRIM, YBhg. Dato’ Ir. Dr. Hj. Nasehir Khan bin EM Yahaya, Director-General of NAHRIM, alongside YBrs. Ir. Zularifin bin Sejo, Senior Electrical Engineer of JKR, witnessed the handover session of the SST to the Chief Executive Officer of CMC Engineering Sdn. Bhd.
This project, which aims to generate up to 230 kWp of solar energy at the NAHRIM building, is expected to be completed within six months, starting from January 2026.
