On 11 March 2026, NAHRIM representative Mr. Noor Hisham Ab Ghani attended a proposal presentation meeting for Gravity Water Pipe Systems and Deep Tube Wells for villages and rural areas across Peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak, and Sabah. The session, presented by Syarikat HAAZ (M) Sdn. Bhd., was held at Menara PETRA.
The meeting was chaired by YBrs. Pn. Zahariah binti Mohd Sarif, Undersecretary of the Water Services & Sewerage Division, PETRA. The session was also attended by representatives from various strategic departments and agencies, including SPAN, JBA, PAAB, and technical divisions within PETRA.
During the session, the company presented innovative system design concepts, shared insights from their previous projects, and discussed the feasibility of implementing this technology in rural areas. This initiative marks a proactive step toward ensuring sustainable and quality water supply access for rural communities throughout Malaysia.
