Working Visit by Deputy Secretary General of Natural Resources, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to NAHRIM, 1 March 2012, NAHRIM Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

March 1, 2012 - NAHRIM received a visit by Dato' Dr. Mohd Ali bin Mohamad Nor,Deputy Secretary General of Natural Resources, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (NRE) and was greeted by Ir. Hj. Ahmad Jamalluddin bin Shaaban,Director General and the directors of NAHRIM. En. Baba bin Hasan, Division Secretaryof Water Resources, Drainage and Hydrology (BSASH), NRE and senior officials of BSASH also accompanied Dato’ Dr. Mohd Ali.

Program of the visit was preceded by welcoming remarks from Ir. Hj. AhmadJamalluddin bin Shaaban, Director General of NAHRIM and followed by introduction session by Directors of NAHRIM. YBhg. Dato' Dr. Mohd Ali bin Mohamad Nor, also introduced himself and delivered some messages from top management of NRE. Theceremony proceeded with a corporate video presentation and briefing on NAHRIM R&D activities which then followed by question and answer session and discussion. Before the visit to the exhibition and Hydraulic and Instrumentation Laboratory, a token of appreciation handed over by Ir. Hj. Ahmad Jamalluddin bin Shaaban to YBhg. Dato' Dr.Mohd Ali on his visit to NAHRIM.

A visit to the Hydraulic and Instrumentation Laboratory where its briefing given by Ir. Hj.Mohd Fauzi bin Mohamad, Director of the Hydraulic and Instrumentation Laboratory has provided an opportunity for YBhg Dato' Dr. Mohd Ali to appreciate the facilities and capabilities of NAHRIM in the areas of physical modeling.
