NAHRIM has the capabilities in both physical and numerical simulations of hydrodynamic, morphological and ecological processes and their interactions with human activities.

We have an equipped 100m x 120m wave basin, an experienced numerical modelling team with some of the world renowned 1-D and 2-D modelling softwares, and a modern water quality laboratory with spectrophotometer, multi parameter probe, ion chromatography and etc.


We are building a large physical modeling facility with tidal basin, river basin and port and harbour basin in our new building in Seri Kembangan. It will be equipped with advanced instrumentation and supported by Water Quality laboratory.
